Welcome to the Preschool Ministry of First Baptist Church!  

We want you to know that we desire to come alongside parents in teaching preschool-age children about Jesus. Each child will be lovingly cared for by our preschool ministry staff, which is made up of trained volunteers that are familiar with the needs of infants through Pre-kindergarten-age children.   We serve joyfully, knowing that the preschool ministry is one of the first places beyond the walls of your home where God’s love can be shown to your child.  

Our goal is for each child to connect with God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to connect with others through relationships with other children and the loving adults who care for them, and to connect others with God as we reach out beyond our church body to serve our community.  

We feel blessed to have the opportunity to care for your precious children and we are excited to be a part of a growing ministry that impacts the lives of children and their families!   The rewards are eternal.

Sunday School - Each Sunday morning at 9:30 we offer small age-graded classes where children can connect and fellowship with other children while adult workers teach Biblical truths in a fun and nurturing environment.

Extended Care – Extended Session is offered during our 10:50 am worship celebrations on Sunday mornings for ages birth through pre-kindergarten.

Nursery – We offer nursery care during the Sunday evening service, as well as Wednesday night prayer meeting.  Nursery care is also available at various other church events.
